This senior commercial leadership role is accountable for driving growth across the transportation fluids Aftermarket channel, with a strong emphasis on Thermal Management solutions - including coolants for on‑road, off‑road, and stationary engines. You will lead a talented sales team, shape and execute channel strategy, and play a pivotal role in advancing high‑growth opportunities in emerging markets. This position combines strategic direction, P&L responsibilities, people leadership, and hands‑on customer engagement within a fast‑paced, technically driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Execute the sales strategy for the division, including market segmentation, channel strategy, pricing direction, and go‑to‑market plans. Identify new markets, product opportunities, and competitive advantages.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to deliver commercial outcomes.
- Own the division’s P&L. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, forecast accuracy, and margin management.
Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated success in senior B2B sales or sales leadership roles
- Background in Chemical fluids, Automotive aftermarket or Consumer fluids, Industrial, or other technical product categories (preferred)
- Strong capability in strategic account management and channel development
- Skilled at leading diverse sales personalities and holding teams accountable
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, less‑structured environments and influencing outcomes
- Confident presenting to senior decision‑makers and working cross‑functionally
