A large, field-based services organisation is undertaking a major, enterprise-wide business and technology transformation across ANZ as part of a global program of work. This initiative will replace legacy systems and deliver a modern, integrated ecosystem spanning ERP, CRM, CPQ and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Business Transformation to lead the ANZ transformation agenda, providing senior leadership across delivery, governance, change and value realisation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and program execution and will work closely with executive leaders, global transformation teams and external delivery partners.
This is not a “lift and shift” program. It is a true business transformation involving new operating models, redesigned processes and new ways of working across a large, operational workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Transformation Program & Portfolio Leadership
- Lead the strategic planning, execution and delivery of enterprise-wide transformation programs, including ERP, CRM, CPQ and FSM implementations.
- Align transformation initiatives with local and global business strategy and long-term objectives.
- Oversee the transformation portfolio, ensuring initiatives are integrated, sequenced and delivered within scope, time and budget.
- Develop and maintain transformation roadmaps that support business growth and digital maturity.
- Establish and lead governance structures, including steering committees and executive forums.
- Act as the primary liaison for executive sponsors, senior leaders and global stakeholders.
- Provide transparent reporting and strategic insight to the Senior Leadership Team and global stakeholders.
- Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to design and implement future-state processes and operating models.
- Lead enterprise-wide change strategies to drive adoption and embed transformation outcomes.
- Develop and execute change, communications and training plans.
- Monitor adoption and benefits metrics and adjust strategies as required.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across business units and geographies.
- Ensure effective resource allocation, capability development and delivery performance.
- Define team structures for transformation delivery and mentor senior delivery leaders.
- Foster collaboration across business, IT and external partners.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks across transformation programs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.
- Maintain risk registers and lead resolution of critical issues.
- Run scenario planning and risk workshops to support proactive management.
- Define, track and report on KPIs and benefits realisation.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and embed lessons learned.
- Promote continuous improvement and agile ways of working.
- Report on value delivery to executive leadership.
- Manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, consultants and implementation partners.
- Oversee contract negotiations, service delivery and performance management.
- Coordinate partner activities with internal delivery teams.
- Ensure partner contributions align with transformation objectives and organisational values.
About You:
You are a senior transformation leader who has delivered large-scale, complex business change programs – not just technology implementations.
You will bring:
- A strong track record engaging executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decision-making.
- Demonstrated success managing major vendors, SIs and advisory partners.
- Commercial acumen with experience in financial governance, benefits realisation and performance tracking.
- The ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations and align diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience in field-based, operational or asset-heavy environments (e.g. facilities management, building services, logistics or similar) will be highly regarded.
- Exposure to M&A integration or enterprise change programs is advantageous.
