Supply Chain Associate

Salary: $89600 per annum

This is a hands-on Supply Chain Associate role supporting day-to-day operations across inventory, purchasing, logistics, and order management. The role is well suited to someone early in their supply chain or operations career who is keen to develop practical, end-to-end experience within a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Entering customer orders, raising invoices, and managing consignments with third-party logistics providers
  • Coordinating distributor stock allocations and transfers
  • Completing regular stock reconciliations with distributors and logistics partners
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock movements within the inventory management system
  • Conducting inventory reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
  • Assisting with inventory planning and purchase order management
  • Liaising with domestic and international suppliers on order and delivery timelines
  • Supporting freight and logistics coordination
Candidate Requirements 
  • Exposure to supply chain, logistics, operations, or procurement professional
  • Experience with inventory or ERP systems preferred (e.g. Cin7 or similar)
  • Basic commercial or accounting awareness is beneficial but not essential
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks
