Are you a commercially astute program leader who thrives on turning strategy into operational reality? Do you enjoy building structured delivery frameworks while scaling complex fulfilment and logistics environments?

We are seeking a Senior Project & CI Manager to lead enterprise-wide programs that enable sustainable growth, service excellence, and network expansion across a national integrated fulfilment platform.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Group Executive, you will drive large-scale, cross-functional programs that shape the future of the organisation’s Integrated Fulfilment Network. This role sits within the senior leadership cohort and partners closely with Operations, Technology, Commercial, and Growth teams to deliver measurable performance outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end program execution — from new client integrations and system implementations to network scaling initiatives and sustainability projects — while uplifting program governance and continuous improvement capability across the business.

Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership:
  • Lead complex, multi-stream program operations, systems, and client onboarding.
  • Deliver seamless new client integrations and expansions with minimal operational disruption.
  • Drive structured planning, milestone governance, testing readiness, and benefits tracking.
  • Manage innovation and transformation roadmaps using clear stage-gate governance.
  • Ensure strong risk identification, mitigation, and transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement & Systems Uplift:
  • Elevate program and project management maturity through standardised frameworks and governance.
  • Apply systems thinking and structured problem-solving to simplify complexity and improve cost-to-serve.
  • Embed benefits realisation disciplines with measurable cost, service, and sustainability outcomes.
  • Implement integrated resource planning to optimise delivery capacity across the portfolio.
  • Strengthen daily management systems and performance dashboards to increase visibility and accountability.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Coach and guide cross-functional teams to deliver aligned, outcome-focused results.
  • Build trusted relationships across operational, technology, and commercial functions.
  • Navigate scope, change, and competing priorities while maintaining delivery commitments.
  • Engage clients confidently, ensuring alignment between expectations and operational execution.
Financial & Performance Oversight:
  • Validate commercial assumptions and ensure programs deliver against financial projections.
  • Monitor and report performance to ELT and Board-level stakeholders.
  • Track benefits, risks, and system health using both qualitative and quantitative insights.
About You:
You are a structured yet adaptable program leader with a passion for operational excellence.
  • 7+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong background in portfolio, program, and project governance (MSP®, PRINCE2®, or equivalent highly regarded).
  • Proven success in logistics, fulfilment, transport, or operationally complex environments.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with measurable cost and service improvements.
  • Skilled in benefits realisation, governance frameworks, and risk management.
  • Confident influencing senior stakeholders and leading without hierarchy.
  • High emotional intelligence with a collaborative, visible leadership style.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and disciplined performance management.
If you are motivated by building scalable systems, leading high-impact programs, and driving operational transformation in a fast-growth environment — I would love to hear from you. Contact me on 0409888614 for further infomation.
