About the Role
This is a senior, strategic individual contributor role responsible for scaling and governing key distributor partnerships across Australia and New Zealand.
You will drive channel strategy, expand market penetration and deliver sustainable volume, revenue and margin growth across key industrial segments. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will work cross functionally with marketing, operations, supply chain and finance to ensure execution excellence and strong customer outcomes and requires regular travel across ANZ.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute distributor playbooks covering commercial terms, pricing, rebates and governance
  • Drive revenue growth across volume and margin while increasing share of wallet versus competitors
  • Lead strategic store planning and support new store openings with distributor partners
  • Own senior stakeholder relationships with distributor directors and general managers
  • Manage escalations and protect long term partnership value
  • Coordinate cross functional alignment to ensure scalable and consistent execution

Skills & Experience

  • Proven track record in B2B distribution or third party channel management at a national level
  • Experience within protective or industrial coatings strongly preferred, adjacent technical B2B sectors considered
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen including margin management and contract awareness
  • Evidence of measurable revenue growth and delivered commercial outcomes
  • Strong governance capability with ability to identify commercial risk and work closely with legal
  • High energy, resilient and comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders
