Supply Planner

The Supply & Inventory Planner will play a pivotal role in driving transformation and efficiency across the Pacific region. This role is responsible for regional supply and inventory planning, while coordinating key operational activities such as stocktakes, incoming international shipments, and local stock transfers.
You will work closely with internal teams, overseas colleagues, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability while optimising inventory and minimising holding costs.
 
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage supply and inventory plans as part of the S&OP process
  • Balance stock levels and service levels while optimising working capital
  • Monitor trends to prevent stockouts or excess inventory
  • Manage inventory across DC and 3PL sites in line with procedures
  • Coordinate cycle counts and annual stocktake
  • Own stock adjustment governance
  • Manage incoming international shipments and local stock transfers
  • Support operational execution across supply chain touchpoints
  • Identify and implement process improvements across planning and logistics
  • Support transformation initiatives and foster operational excellence
 
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years in Supply Chain / Logistics, with experience in S&OP and/or inventory management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Strong experience with SAP
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL queries
  • Ability to define, automate, and report on KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
