About the Role
Excitingly we are recruiting multiple Sales Representatives in Brisbane, Townsville & Emerald.

This is a hands-on, territory-based role focused on driving new business and growing existing accounts across mining, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. You’ll work closely with branch leadership and collaborate with a senior Business Development Manager on larger-scale opportunities.

The role offers a mix of autonomy and support, with clear expectations around activity, pipeline development, and commercial outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow new business across mining, utilities, and defence sectors
  • Manage and expand existing customer relationships within your territory
  • Generate and manage quotes for both reactive and planned equipment hire
  • Work “ground up” on smaller hire solutions while supporting larger project opportunities
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and activity through CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across technical, operations, and leadership teams
  • Travel regularly across your region to build presence and relationships
 
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within industrial, rental, or service-based environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
  • Experience or exposure to mining, utilities, construction, or defence sectors is advantageous
  • Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable working autonomously in large territories
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly as part of the role
