About the Company

This purpose-led industry organisation plays a key role in supporting and representing a major Australian agricultural sector. Working closely with farmers, producers and stakeholders, the organisation focuses on education, research and engagement to drive industry sustainability, reputation and growth. With funding from both government and industry, the team operates in a collaborative and highly connected way, delivering initiatives that directly impact producers on the ground while also shaping broader community awareness.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, events and stakeholder engagement role that sits at the centre of how the organisation connects with its members and the wider industry. You will lead the coordination and delivery of a range of events throughout the year, from smaller local activations to large-scale conferences and public-facing experiences. This includes everything from venue sourcing and program development through to managing suppliers, speakers and on-the-day execution. You will play a key role in ensuring research and insights are effectively communicated to stakeholders and members, working closely with internal teams to bring content to life across multiple channels. You will also support ongoing communications through newsletters, digital platforms and industry publications, while acting as a key point of contact for members.

About You

You bring experience in events, activations and stakeholder engagement, with a strong understanding of how to deliver high-quality experiences from concept through to execution. You’re organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple projects, while also contributing ideas on how to improve and evolve engagement strategies.
You enjoy working with a broad range of stakeholders and are confident communicating with different audiences, whether that’s coordinating suppliers, engaging with members or supporting internal teams. An interest in agriculture or food production will be highly valued, along with an openness to learn and engage with industry topics.
