We’re partnering with a well-established Australian business operating across multiple divisions within construction, manufacturing, and product distribution. With a strong reputation in their category and a growing global footprint, the business is now looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Manager to elevate its digital capability and connect the dots across systems, data, and customer experience.
This is a newly shaped role, created to introduce greater structure, anayltical insight, and commercial rigour into how digital marketing supports the broader business.
The Role
This position sits at the centre of marketing, sales, and customer experience. You’ll take ownership of digital performance, with a strong focus on analytics, customer journeys, and platform integration. Rather than purely campaign execution, the focus is on understanding customer behaviour, improving conversion, and enabling better decision-making across the business.

Key areas include:
- Owning website performance and optimisation across multiple business units
- Leveraging GA4 as the source of truth for digital insights and reporting
- Connecting CRM (Hubspot) with marketing platforms and campaigns to improve visibility and attribution
- Analysing customer journeys from first touch through to conversion
- Supporting campaign tracking across digital and offline activity, including events
- Identifying friction points and opportunities to improve lead quality and conversion
About You
You’re a digitally-led marketer who enjoys working with data as much as execution. You’re comfortable operating in environments where things aren’t fully built yet, and you bring a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
We’re looking for someone who can:
- Work confidently with GA4 and interpret performance data
- Understand CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and how they connect into marketing
- Translate data into actionable insights for non-marketing stakeholders
- Operate autonomously and bring structure to a growing function
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
- Happy to work in the office 5 days per week
- Experience in B2B, construction, manufacturing, or product-led businesses will be highly regarded.

- Working model: office-based
- Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 + super
