We are so excited to be partnering with a well-established Australian business to recruit a Customer Experience Specialist to join their Brisbane team. With a strong reputation in their sector and a long-standing presence in the market, this business has built its success on quality, service and long-term customer relationships. They are currently in an exciting phase of growth and evolution, with a strong focus on improving customer engagement, strengthening internal processes, and creating a more connected support function across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous B2B customer service, internal sales, sales support or administration experience who enjoys speaking with customers, building strong relationships, and being part of a collaborative team environment. Sitting across customer support and sales administration, this role will play an important part in supporting the customer journey, assisting the broader sales function, and helping drive strong service outcomes across the business. 

This position will have a mix of outbound customer engagement, inbound support and administration. A key part of the role will involve speaking with existing and past customers to better understand their experience, identify any gaps in service, and help strengthen customer relationships. You will also support day-to-day enquiries, administration, reporting and internal coordination, making this a varied role with both people-facing and operational responsibilities. 

It’s an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the phone, can build rapport quickly, and is confident working in a structured, team-focused environment.

What you’ll be doing
  • Speaking with existing and past customers to gather feedback and strengthen engagement
  • Supporting inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Assisting with sales support, administration and internal coordination
  • Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate records across systems
  • Reviewing reports and identifying trends or useful insights
  • Supporting the broader team with day-to-day operational tasks

We’re looking for someone who is:
  • A confident and warm communicator
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers
  • Organised, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work within a structured environment
  • Comfortable using systems, CRM platforms and basic reporting
  • Naturally curious, with a willingness to learn
