Relationship Manager
Six Degrees Executive is proud to be partnering with UDIA Queensland on the appointment of a Relationship Manager to join their commercial team in Brisbane.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is genuinely relationship-led, commercially minded, and motivated by building long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. Based in the Brisbane CBD this role will take ownership across member engagement, membership growth, renewals, event participation, and professional development-related activity. UDIA Queensland plays a key role within the property and development sector, bringing together industry stakeholders through membership, advocacy, events, and professional development. This position will sit at the centre of that engagement, helping to strengthen member relationships while identifying opportunities for growth across the market.
This role will be responsible for managing and growing membership revenue through a combination of retaining and deepening existing member relationships, while also identifying and converting new membership opportunities. It is a role with a clear commercial focus, though one that is built around credibility, long-term value, and genuine relationship building.

- Managing and growing existing member relationships to ensure members are engaged and receiving clear value from their membership
- Driving new membership acquisition and building a pipeline of prospective member organisations
- Meeting with prospective members and broader industry stakeholders to generate new opportunities
- Managing the annual renewal cycle end-to-end
- Leveraging UDIA Queensland’s extensive events calendar, as a relationship-building and commercial opportunity
- Supporting engagement across leadership and professional development programs
- Assisting with sponsorship-related activity where relevant
- Encouraging member participation in programs such as the Awards for Excellence
- Using data and member insights to identify gaps, opportunities, and ways to improve the overall membership lifecycle
- Bringing market and member feedback back into the business to support broader team thinking and strategic direction
