The Role
This role requires a strong understanding and passion of the motorcycle category. The customer base is highly engaged and informed, with clear preferences around performance, design and brand heritage.  A genuine interest in motorcycles, or prior exposure to the category, is important. This could come from personal experience, industry involvement, or working closely with motorcycle products or customers. 
Given the strength of the rider community and the influence it has on purchasing behaviour, this context is key to making informed decisions and delivering outcomes that resonate in market. Key responsibilities include:
  • Executing social and content aligned to campaigns
  • Managing and optimising the content calendar
  • Supporting PR activity including media engagement and press releases
  • Managing online communities and driving engagement
  • Monitoring performance and refining content through a test-and-learn approach
You’ll work across motorcycles (core focus), marine (growth) and power equipment (seasonal).

You’re a proactive, hands-on marketer who enjoys execution and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll bring:
  • Experience in marketing, PR or social roles
  • Keen interest/passion for motorcycles
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing social platforms and communities
  • A data-led mindset with the ability to optimise performance
  • Strong understanding of social trends and audience behaviour
