Our client is an iconic Australian consumer brand, recognised for challenging the norms of design, sustainability, and environmental footprint. What began locally has evolved into a growing global business, with strong momentum across multiple markets. As the organisation continues to expand its footprint, we’re excited to partner with them to appoint their next Supply Planning Manager.

This newly created role
leads the global supply planning function. Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, you will take ownership of how supply planning is done across markets - from inventory and replenishment decisions through to planning governance, risk management, and process improvement.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, requiring both strategic thinking and comfort in the operational, day‑to‑day detail. You will lead a team of planners, build confidence and capability within the function, and introduce structure and consistency as the business continues to scale.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Strengthening and scaling supply planning capability
  • Automating and improving existing planning workflows
  • Aligning global supply risk and reporting
  • Standardising supply planning processes across regions
  • Leading and mentoring planners, with scope to influence broader planning functions over time
What we are looking for an experienced and passionate Supply Planning leader from a consumer/retail environment, ideally with exposure to global markets and in-store and eComm channels. You’ll bring a proven track record of designing and implementing supply planning strategy, delivering operational excellence, and building team capability.

You’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in supply planning within complex or fast‑moving environments
  • The ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, particularly in developing planners
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills across local and global teams
  • Advanced Excel capability and comfort working with planning systems and data
What’s on offer
  • Competitive salary and strong benefits
  • Iconic brand in growth mode
  • Amazing culture that's creative and collaborative
