Role Description
We are seeking an Electrical and Instrumentation Maintenance Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, maintenance, and performance of electrical systems and instrumentation in compliance with operational standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment issues, managing process control systems, maintaining electrical infrastructure, and overseeing the calibration and performance of instrumentation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support production efficiency and safety standards.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Electrical Engineering and electricity principles to ensure effective maintenance and operations
  • Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with equipment and systems
  • Knowledge of process control systems to optimise operational workflows
  • Experience in instrumentation technology, including calibration and system performance assessment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred
