About the Role
This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving the next phase of growth across a national franchise operation.
Reporting to the Director, you will take ownership of day-to-day business operations while leading the performance and expansion of the franchise network. You’ll work across sales, franchising, operations, and administration, balancing hands-on leadership with strategic input.
The role will suit a commercially minded operator who can lead people, optimise performance, and identify new growth opportunities without disrupting an already successful model.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a national franchise network, driving performance and accountability
- Oversee internal teams across sales, operations, administration, and marketing
- Identify and develop new territories and growth opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with key accounts and industry stakeholders
- Support and mentor franchisees to improve consistency and commercial outcomes
- Contribute to strategic planning and present key business initiatives to leadership
- Ensure operational efficiency across systems, processes, and customer delivery
- Proven experience in a senior leadership or General Management role
- Strong background in B2B environments, ideally within construction, building products, or related sectors
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a diverse group of stakeholders
- Experience driving business growth, both organically and through new market development
- Commercially astute with strong decision-making capability
- Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
- Experience in franchising or multi-site operations is highly regarded
