We are partnering with a global FMCG business to appoint a Supply Planner (Imports), based in their South Yarra office. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless flow of finished goods into the ANZ market, managing inventory, forecasting, and international supply coordination.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of planning, logistics, and international trade, with real ownership across inbound supply.
 
The Role

As the Supply Planner, you will be responsible for managing stock levels and inbound supply of finished goods, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.
You will work closely with international suppliers and logistics partners to coordinate shipments from Belgium, Singapore, and local sources, while maintaining visibility and control across the supply pipeline.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inventory levels and replenishment planning for imported finished goods
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts and supply plans
  • Coordinate international shipments, including review and management of bills of lading and import documentation
  • Oversee the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely and efficient product flow
  • Coordinate product landings in third-party markets  
  • Work closely with logistics providers, customs agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor supply risks and proactively resolve delays or disruptions
  • Maintain strong system accuracy and reporting across supply planning activities
 
About You
  • Experience in supply planning, import logistics, or inventory management within FMCG, retail, or manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of international shipping and import processes
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply flow and timelines
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Systems-savvy (SAP experience preferred) with solid Excel capability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership
