About the role
This is a newly created role reporting to the Head of FP&A, focused on establishing and maintaining a true single source of truth across the organisation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, governance, and consistency across systems, while supporting the delivery of clear, practical reporting and insights. Working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll help improve how data is structured, validated, and used day to day.
 
Key responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity and oversee master data governance
  • Support and enhance reporting platforms, including Power BI
  • Ensure consistency across systems and reporting outputs
  • Build and maintain datasets, validation checks, and reporting logic
  • Assist with report development and delivery of insights
  • Partner with finance and commercial teams to support decision-making
  • Identify and drive improvements in systems and reporting processes
  • Maintain clear documentation across data, reports, and processes
 
About you
You’re a hands-on data professional who can balance detail with the bigger picture, working comfortably across technical and commercial teams. Strong in Excel, Power BI, and SQL, you’ve built and maintained datasets, tested dashboards, and ensured data accuracy. You understand how data flows through systems, ideally with ERP exposure like SAP, and bring a structured approach to reporting logic, master data, and controls. Experience within FMCG, retail, or product-based environments would be highly regarded, along with the ability to translate data into clear, practical outputs for the business.
