About the role

This Trade Marketing Specialist role reports into the Head of Retail and focuses on driving execution across a key brand within the portfolio. You will play a central role in delivering in-store activations across major retail partners, managing projects from brief through to execution, including shelf displays, custom activations and campaign rollouts. The role spans multiple markets, including Australia, New Zealand and exposure to international retailers, providing a broad commercial lens. Alongside execution, you will support post-promotional analysis and work closely with brand, sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and delivering impact.

About you

You are a hands-on marketing or trade professional with experience working on product-led brands, and a strong understanding of what good retail execution looks like. You bring experience working with artwork briefing, brand guidelines and approvals, and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift. You may come from beauty, FMCG or an agency background, but most importantly, you are commercially curious and keen to build your capability in this space. You are adaptable, positive and collaborative, with the confidence to take ownership while working closely with a tight-knit team.
