The Role
An newly created opportunity exists for a hands-on Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to take ownership of large-scale Meta Ads campaign execution, optimisation and performance across multiple brands. This role is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys being inside Meta Ads Manager daily. This includes full ownership of building, testing, scaling and optimising campaigns directly. You will manage a significant Meta Ads budget focused on customer acquisition, campaign performance and growth. Additional exposure to Google Ads, YouTube and other paid channels is highly regarded, however Meta Ads will be the core focus of the role.
Melbourne-based role with potential to be fully remote after onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities
• Build, launch and manage high-performing campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager
• Manage a large Meta Ads budget across multiple campaigns, audiences and customer acquisition initiatives
• Oversee day-to-day Meta campaign activity including budgets, targeting, retargeting, bid strategies and scaling
• Continuously monitor and optimise Meta Ads performance to improve ROAS, CPA and overall acquisition efficiency
• Test audiences, creative angles, hooks, offers and campaign structures to identify winning combinations
• Analyse Meta Ads campaign data and make fast, commercially driven optimisation decisions
• Support campaign execution across Google Ads, YouTube and other paid acquisition channels where relevant
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on campaign launches, promotions and growth initiatives
• Provide ongoing reporting, insights and practical recommendations based on live campaign performance
• Stay up to date with Meta platform changes, trends and emerging opportunities across paid social

Must Haves
• Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns directly inside Meta Ads Manager
• Proven experience managing and optimising large Meta Ads budgets
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion metrics
• Experience across audience testing, retargeting and campaign optimisation
• Commercial, analytical and performance-driven mindset
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Google Ads experience highly regarded
