Due to increasing demand and a growing pipeline of buyers, they are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join their team.Benefits

This role plays a key part in driving sales growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the home buying journey. Working from a display home environment, you will engage with prospective buyers, understand their lifestyle needs, and guide them through the process of selecting and building their new home.
• Drive new home sales performance: Manage inbound enquiries, generate new buyer opportunities, and guide customers through the sales process to achieve sales targets.
• Deliver a consultative customer experience: Understand client requirements, budgets, and lifestyle goals to recommend tailored home and land solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships: Develop trust and rapport with buyers, maintaining consistent communication throughout the customer journey.
• Maintain product and market knowledge: Stay up to date with housing market trends, competitor activity, floorplans, inclusions, and finance processes.
• Collaborate across internal teams: Work closely with drafting, estimating, colour selection, and construction teams to ensure a seamless handover and customer experience.
• Ensure professional presentation standards: Maintain display home presentation and ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s high service standards.

About You
The successful candidate will be an energetic and customer-focused sales professional with a passion for property and residential construction. You will enjoy building relationships, understanding customer needs, and working in a target-driven environment.
• Proven sales experience: Previous experience within new home sales, real estate, property, or a consultative B2C sales environment.
• Strong relationship-building capability: Ability to establish trust quickly and create a positive customer experience.
• Commercial and sales acumen: Confident managing the full sales process from enquiry through to contract signing.
• Results-focused mindset: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a KPI-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• Organised and self-motivated: Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple customers and follow-up activities simultaneously.
• Weekend availability: Flexibility to work weekends in line with display home operations.
