Proudly Australian and family-owned, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is one of Australia’s most iconic FMCG success stories. Best known for its premium brewed beverages, including the much-loved Bundaberg Ginger Beer, the business has built a strong reputation over four generations for quality, authenticity and craftsmanship. Today, Bundaberg Brewed Drinks continues to grow both locally and globally, with distribution across Australia, New Zealand and more than 60 international markets.

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is a family-owned business with strong heritage, brand pride and a collaborative culture. As the business continues to grow across international markets, innovation and category development, they are seeking a commercially minded and experienced Regional Brand Manager to lead key brand and product initiatives across Australia, New Zealand and EMEA.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will play a key part in driving momentum across the regional product portfolio. You will be responsible for managing product and brand activity across established and emerging markets, supporting new product development, packaging projects, product research, brand health initiatives and key budget processes.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused brand role that will require strong project management capability, confident stakeholder engagement and the ability to bring structure, pace and clarity across multiple moving parts. You will also lead and support the development of a direct report, helping to build capability within a collaborative and high-performing marketing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Leading regional brand and product management activity across Australia, New Zealand and EMEA
  • Supporting NPD and EPD projects through the stage-gate process, from concept through to launch
  • Managing packaging, product updates, sensory studies, product research and consumer-led insights
  • Monitoring brand health, market performance and category opportunities to inform decision-making
  • Partnering closely with Sales, R&D, Innovation, Strategy, Supply Chain and international teams
  • Supporting trade marketing activity and customer presentations with key retail partners
  • Managing key product-related budgets, timelines and internal processes
  • Providing leadership, coaching and support to a Brand Coordinator
  • Helping to re-establish structure, momentum and consistency across the product portfolio

About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring strong brand and product management experience from within an FMCG or retail-led environment. You will be confident working across NPD, packaging, research and cross-functional projects, with the ability to balance creativity, commercial thinking and strong attention to detail.

You will ideally bring:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management, product management or a similar FMCG marketing role
  • Strong experience working through NPD
  • Exposure to packaging, product research, sensory studies and consumer insights
  • Previous people leadership experience
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability
  • A calm, collaborative and considered communication style
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring structure and momentum
  • International market exposure would be highly regarded, but is not essential

This is a rare opportunity to join one of Australia’s most iconic FMCG brands in a senior regional brand role, based here in Brisbane.
