About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Sales will lead the national commercial strategy and sales function, driving sustainable revenue growth, market expansion and customer engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the national sales and commercial growth strategy
- Drive profitable growth across residential, commercial, trade and project sectors
- Lead and develop a high-performing national sales team
- Implement strong sales governance, forecasting and KPI frameworks
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams
- Build strategic relationships with key customers, contractors and industry stakeholders
- Lead major commercial negotiations and strategic account management initiatives
- Partner with executive leadership to align commercial and operational priorities
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to support business growth
- Drive continuous improvement and commercial transformation initiatives across the sales function
- Senior sales or commercial leadership experience within a national or multi-site business
- Demonstrated success driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Experience within building products, construction, manufacturing or industrial sectors highly regarded
- Proven ability to build, lead and scale high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in forecasting, pricing strategy and sales execution
- Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience across trade, project, commercial or specification-based sales environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline preferred
