We are partnering with a growing organisation seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational performance across warehousing, customer service, inventory, logistics and supply planning functions.

This is a broad leadership role suited to someone who enjoys operating at both a strategic and hands-on level, driving operational efficiency while leading a high-performing team through a period of growth and transformation.

The Opportunity:

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while improving systems, processes and overall business performance across the APAC region.
You will play a key role in inventory optimisation, forecasting, logistics management, customer service delivery and continuous improvement initiatives, while ensuring operational compliance, safety and service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage warehousing, customer service and operational teams
  • Drive operational efficiency across inventory, logistics and supply chain processes
  • Manage forecasting, replenishment and S&OP activities
  • Oversee inventory management and DIFOT performance
  • Build and improve operational systems, workflows and procedures
  • Manage third-party logistics, freight and vendor relationships
  • Support import/export and compliance activities
  • Lead operational reporting, analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage operational budgets, staffing and resource planning
  • Ensure strong safety, compliance and workplace standards are maintained
  • Partner closely with leadership to support business growth and strategic initiatives
About You :

You are an experienced operations leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.

You will bring:
  • Proven experience leading operations, warehousing or supply chain functions
  • Strong inventory, logistics and forecasting experience
  • Experience working within S&OP or integrated planning environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capability
  • A continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Experience working with ERP and CRM platforms
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to lead teams through change and process improvement initiatives
