We’re partnering with a well-known Victorian property business to appoint a Data & Insights Analyst. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of data strategy, sales, marketing and digital transformation. The role suits someone who enjoys building meaningful reports, influencing commercial decisions and helping shape how data is used across the business. You’ll work closely with the Head of Digital, Sales & Marketing teams and ELT to deliver insights that drive better decision-making.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Partner with the Head of Digital on the development and delivery of the enterprise data strategy
  • Deliver reporting and actionable insights across Salesforce, Looker Studio and broader BI platforms
  • Build dashboards and reporting that give visibility across sales performance, lead activity, customer engagement and market trends
  • Analyse historical sales and marketing data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Integrate external market and property data to support targeting, forecasting and business planning
  • Provide live reporting and insights to sales teams and leadership, helping inform key commercial decisions
  • Maintain scalable reporting structures and ensure data is reliable, consistent and easy to interpret
  • Support governance across privacy, security and data management practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders across digital, sales and marketing, while also partnering with agencies and external vendors
  • Stay across emerging technologies including AI and identify practical opportunities to improve capability
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong experience across Salesforce CRM and reporting within the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Capability across SQL, web analytics and BI tools such as Tableau or Looker Studio
  • Experience working with large datasets and creating repeatable reporting frameworks
  • Strong data visualisation skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
  • Confident stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and present to senior leaders
  • Previous experience or a strong understanding of the property sector is essential
  • Python or R experience would be advantageous
  • The role is based in Melbourne with occasional travel across Victoria, so a car and licence are essential.
  • 3 days per week in Melbourne office, Monday's and Friday's inclusive
