About the Position
The Cluster Sales Manager drives revenue growth across a portfolio of properties through proactive sales planning, account management, and local market engagement. The role reports to the Franchise Manager and works closely with the Franchise team and also manages a Sales Coordinator.
The successful candidate will bring a proactive, relationship driven approach to sales, along with the following:

About the Position
The Cluster Sales Manager drives revenue growth across a portfolio of properties through proactive sales planning, account management, and local market engagement. The role reports to the Franchise Manager and works closely with the Franchise team and also manages a Sales Coordinator.
- Build local market presence: identify and develop target accounts, represent the brand at community and industry events, and stay across local business developments that could lead to new opportunities.
- Drive strategic sales planning: contribute to the business plan, conduct market and competitor analysis, and maintain a structured Sales Activity and Promotional Plan with clear call cycles for key and target accounts.
- Manage the sales process end to end: deliver tailored presentations, run a consistent schedule of sales calls and site inspections, and keep the CRM updated daily.
- Build lasting client relationships: develop trust with key decision makers, gather and share market intelligence, and resolve account issues in line with company policy.
- Report and review performance: track reservation activity and sales leads, review results against budget, and use insights to refine future sales planning.
- Contribute to marketing efforts: help shape local advertising and promotional activity, and represent the brand through relevant local partnerships and networks.
The successful candidate will bring a proactive, relationship driven approach to sales, along with the following:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within hospitality or accommodation or corporate travel.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with confidence using a CRM to manage pipeline and reporting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels.
- A genuine interest in local market engagement and community networking.
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.
