About the Role
Reporting into the national leadership team, you will take ownership of the Queensland market, driving sales growth through specification, project development, and relationship management activities.
This is a highly autonomous role suited to a commercially minded sales professional who enjoys identifying opportunities, influencing project outcomes, and managing long sales cycles from specification through to project completion.
You will work closely with contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, applicators, local councils, and other key stakeholders involved in commercial and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic Queensland growth plan
- Identify and secure project and specification opportunities
- Build relationships with contractors, consultants, engineers, architects, and asset owners
- Manage opportunities through lengthy project and tender cycles
- Increase product specification and market share across key sectors
- Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
- Provide market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities
- Work closely with technical and operational teams to deliver successful project outcomes
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in project, specification, or technical sales
- Strong understanding of the construction industry
- Experience selling into sectors such as concrete, asphalt, industrial coatings, construction materials, sports infrastructure, civil construction, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to influence project outcomes and secure specifications
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Experience managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder groups
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of a territory
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
