About the Role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role offers a genuine blend of commercial finance and FP&A, supporting key business decisions through reporting, analysis, forecasting, and insights. You’ll work closely with sales, product, operations, and finance to improve performance, support budgeting and forecasting, and provide meaningful commercial analysis around pricing, margins, and new product opportunities. A major focus will be improving reporting capability through Power BI, helping move the business away from manual, Excel-heavy processes toward more automated and scalable reporting.
About You
You are a commercially minded finance professional with around 5+ years’ experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or financial analysis. You bring strong Excel and Power BI capability, enjoy working with data, and have a natural curiosity to challenge numbers and uncover insights. You’re confident building relationships across the business, comfortable in a fast-moving environment, and motivated by the opportunity to influence decision-making. FMCG or retail experience would be highly regarded, alongside a CA or CPA qualification.
