An opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Data & Integration Lead to join a growing enterprise embarking on a major data and AI transformation. Reporting to the GM of Data & Applications, you'll lead a small team while remaining technically involved, delivering modern data platforms, enterprise integrations and AI capabilities that support business growth, acquisitions and enterprise reporting.
This is a newly created role with significant scope to shape the organisation's future data landscape. You'll play a key role in integrating newly acquired businesses, building a scalable enterprise data platform, and enabling the organisation's ambition to become AI-led.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of enterprise data and integration projects across Microsoft Fabric, Azure and Snowflake.
  • Design and build scalable data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise integrations.
  • Drive the integration of newly acquired businesses and establish repeatable onboarding processes.
  • Lead a team of data and integration specialists while remaining hands-on with technical delivery.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations and Technology leaders to deliver reliable reporting, analytics and AI capabilities.
  • Improve data quality, governance and platform performance while identifying opportunities to automate and optimise processes.
What we're looking for
  • 10+ years' experience delivering enterprise data platforms, integrations and analytics solutions.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse or Snowflake, along with modern ETL/ELT and integration patterns.
  • Experience leading technical teams while remaining actively involved in solution delivery.
  • Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (Workato, Boomi or similar) and Microsoft Azure services.
  • Practical experience delivering AI or GenAI solutions is advantageous, but deep AI expertise isn't essential.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into commercial outcomes.
  • Someone who enjoys solving complex problems, thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine "do and lead" mentality.
This role will be based four days per week out of incredible South Melbourne offices with excellent amenities.
