Partnerships and Consumer Engagement
  • Identify and manage partnerships across fitness, sport, lifestyle, music, entertainment and culture.
  • Lead consumer events, sampling programs and brand activations that create meaningful connections with the CELSIUS consumer.
  • Stay close to emerging trends and cultural opportunities that can build brand relevance in market.
Stakeholder Management
  • Work closely with commercial, distributor, global and regional teams to ensure strong alignment and execution.
  • Partner with PR and internal communications teams to maximise earned media opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with agencies, suppliers and external partners.
  • Ensure all brand activity remains consistent with Celsius’ global identity, tone of voice and local compliance requirements.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop a talented local marketing team.
  • Set clear priorities, deliverables and expectations.
  • Create a collaborative, accountable and high-performing team environment.
  • Support the Head of Marketing across broader ANZ marketing priorities.

You will be an experienced brand marketer who is commercially minded, creative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ideally, you will bring:
  • 5+ years of experience across brand management or marketing within FMCG, beverages, lifestyle or another consumer-led category.
  • Strong experience developing and delivering integrated campaigns from strategy through to execution.
  • A solid understanding of brand strategy, consumer engagement, innovation and product launches.
  • Experience managing agencies, budgets and multiple projects at once.

  • A proactive, organised and adaptable approach.
  • Strong ownership, accountability and a genuine willingness to get involved.
  • An interest in wellness, fitness, beauty, university culture, music and entertainment.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Why Celsius?
