As the company continues to scale, an exciting opportunity has been created for a Production Coordinator to join the team and support the next phase of growth.

About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating production across a growing product portfolio. Working closely with international suppliers and internal teams including Design, Merchandising, Logistics and Operations, you'll help ensure products move seamlessly from purchase order through to shipment.
This is a highly collaborative role that combines production coordination, supplier communication, purchase order management and production tracking. It's ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving environment, proactively solving problems and keeping multiple projects on track.

Key Responsibilities
Supplier & Production Coordination
  • Build strong relationships with international suppliers to support production timelines and successful product launches.
  • Coordinate production schedules, sample approvals, testing, quality control and shipment readiness.
  • Monitor production progress and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
  • Support supplier onboarding while ensuring compliance, quality and operational standards are maintained.
Purchase Order & Production Management
  • Raise and maintain purchase orders across multiple production programs.
  • Monitor production milestones from order placement through to ex-factory shipment.
  • Ensure pricing, quantities, production timelines and shipment information remain accurate within internal systems.
  • Coordinate production handovers with Operations to support inbound planning.
Production Planning & Stakeholder Communication
  • Maintain production trackers and provide regular updates to Design, Merchandising, Planning and Leadership teams.
  • Coordinate product approvals, testing, quality inspections and shipment samples.
  • Support launch planning by ensuring key production milestones are achieved.
  • Act as the key link between suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring information is communicated clearly and proactively.
Process Improvement & Administration
  • Maintain production documentation, testing records, compliance certificates and supplier files.
  • Support SKU creation, master data maintenance and ERP administration.
  • Contribute to improving production processes, reporting and operational workflows as the business continues to grow.
  • Help build scalable systems to support an expanding product portfolio.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, Supply Chain Coordinator or Procurement role within consumer goods, retail, homewares, fashion or a similar product-based environment.
  • Experience working with international suppliers and coordinating offshore production.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple products, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience raising purchase orders and maintaining production trackers or ERP systems.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence working with production data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • An interest in leveraging technology and AI to improve efficiency and ways of working is highly regarded.
