We're partnering with a well-known organisation to recruit a UX Lead into its growing Digital Experience team.

This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced UX professional who enjoys improving how teams work as much as improving digital experiences. The team has strong technical capability in place and is now looking for someone who can bring more structure to UX, strengthen design practices and lead work from discovery through to delivery.

Reporting to the Digital UX & Innovation Manager, you'll work closely with Product, Engineering and Digital teams to improve customer experiences across multiple digital products while helping shape the future direction of UX within the business.

The Opportunity:
  • Lead UX across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery.
  • Improve complex digital journeys using research, testing and evidence-based design.
  • Establish consistent UX practices and strengthen design maturity across the team.
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems in Figma.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.
  • Influence decisions through research, data and strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Champion accessibility, usability and user-centred design.
You'll have experience:
  • Leading end-to-end UX across complex digital products.
  • Planning and conducting user research and experimentation.
  • Designing and evolving design systems in Figma.
  • Improving customer journeys using data and user insights.
  • Working within Agile teams and using Jira.
  • Influencing senior stakeholders and advocating for good UX practice.
  • Balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes.
Experience within retail, eCommerce or other customer-centric digital environments will be highly regarded, particularly where you've worked on optimisation, personalisation or digital product experiences at scale.
