Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you'll work closely with the executive leadership team, taking ownership of the marketing function and helping build a scalable marketing capability from the ground up.


The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded Marketing Manager who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
As the sole marketing lead, you'll own the marketing strategy while remaining actively involved in campaign delivery, product marketing, content, events, website optimisation and demand generation. You'll work closely with sales, product and customer teams to drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand awareness and support go-to-market initiatives across Australia and the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, enjoys building processes and is excited by the opportunity to influence business strategy while delivering measurable commercial outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy across ANZ while supporting international growth initiatives.
  • Build and deliver targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns focused on key hospitality and QSR accounts.
  • Lead product marketing initiatives including go-to-market strategies, product launches and customer value proposition development.
  • Create compelling thought leadership, customer stories and content that strengthens brand positioning and drives demand.
  • Own website management, SEO initiatives and landing page optimisation to improve digital performance.
  • Plan and execute industry events, conferences and customer roundtables to generate pipeline and build market presence.
  • Manage HubSpot, marketing automation, lead scoring and campaign reporting to improve marketing performance.
  • Work closely with product, sales and customer success teams to support customer acquisition, product adoption and expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with external agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, streamline workflows and enhance content creation and campaign execution.


Must Haves
  • Proven experience within a B2B SaaS or technology business.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Strong background across product marketing, demand generation and go-to-market execution.
  • Experience working with HubSpot or a comparable marketing automation platform.
  • Hands-on experience across website management, SEO and digital marketing.
  • Comfortable presenting marketing strategy and performance to senior leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to measure marketing effectiveness through data and reporting.
  • Experience working autonomously in a standalone or lean marketing environment.
  • Passion for leveraging AI tools to improve marketing productivity and effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across sales, product and executive stakeholders.
