General Manager | Regional Healthcare Services Lead the next chapter of growth, transformation and community impact.
A well-established and growing regional healthcare organisation is seeking a commercially minded General Manager to drive strategy, performance and long-term sustainability.
Reporting to the business owners, this is a broad leadership role focused on delivering growth, leading organisational change, strengthening stakeholder partnerships and building a high-performing culture during a period of significant transformation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic and financial performance of the organisation
  • Drive growth, profitability and operational excellence
  • Lead organisational redesign and change initiatives
  • Build workforce engagement and culture
  • Develop partnerships across hospitals, PHNs, universities, aged care and community stakeholders
  • Champion technology, systems integration and AI adoption
  • Oversee key projects, grants and business improvement initiatives
About You You are a strategic and commercially astute leader with experience in healthcare, allied health, aged care or another complex service-based environment.
