Senior Business Analyst — Cash Management Transformation - Hybrid

Process maps that keep up with the conversation, not the meeting minutes after it.

This isn't your standard "attend workshop, write up notes next week" BA gig. We're after someone who can sit in a room, with senior Finance, Treasury and Ops stakeholders, and by the time everyone's grabbing their laptops to leave, already has a working L0–L2 draft on screen.

You'll be using AI to capture pain points and opportunities in real time, pull structure out of messy meeting transcripts, and turn that straight into current- and future-state process maps — then get it back in front of stakeholders fast enough that momentum never dies. Judgement matters as much as speed here: we need someone who can read between the lines of what's said in a workshop and suggest the smarter way to do it, not just document what people asked for.

This sits within a genuinely meaty transformation across the cash management landscape — think overlapping systems, real integration complexity, and a stakeholder group that expects sharp thinking and zero hand-holding.

What you'll actually be doing:
  • Running workshops with Finance, Treasury, Procurement and Ops — eliciting, validating and prioritising requirements on the fly
  • Mapping current-state pain points, capability gaps, and where systems like Yardi and NetSuite are stepping on each other's toes
  • Designing future-state processes with a genuine eye for AI, automation and agentic opportunities — not just ticking a box that says "considered"
  • Turning workshop chaos into clean, structured requirements and user stories ready for design and delivery teams
  • Mapping systems of record, data entities and integration dependencies across the landscape
  • Keeping RAID logs honest and showing up properly to governance forums
You'll thrive here if you:
  • Have 5+ years as a BA across at least one finance transformation and TMS, ERP or process improvement — and can hit the ground running without a lengthy ramp-up
  • Can facilitate a room of senior, demanding stakeholders and keep them on side and on pace
  • Are fluent in end-to-end process mapping (BPMN or similar) — current and future state, done properly
  • Know your way around procure-to-pay, treasury or cash management domains — this isn't the place to learn the vocabulary on the job
  • Can juggle competing priorities across multiple functions without dropping the ball
  • Write requirements documentation that other people can actually work from
Bonus points for:
  • CPA qualifications (nice to have but not a be all and end all)
  • Hands-on exposure to NetSuite, Kyriba or Yardi
  • Real examples (not theory) of AI/automation use cases in finance processes
  • Comfort working in Jira and Confluence as your delivery backbone
The environment: fast-moving, scaling, and genuinely collaborative across tech, finance and ops. Scope will shift. Ambiguity is part of the job, not a red flag. If you need a fixed brief and a quiet inbox, this probably isn't it — but if you want to make visible progress every single week, it might be exactly it.
