These businesses are investing significantly in their manufacturing operations, with a strong pipeline of capital projects ranging from production line upgrades through to major plant improvements. About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering capital projects from initiation through to commissioning. Working closely with operations, maintenance and engineering teams, you'll ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Delivering capital projects across manufacturing and site infrastructure.
  • Managing project scope, budgets, timelines and contractor performance.
  • Coordinating equipment installation, commissioning and site acceptance.
  • Working closely with production teams to minimise operational disruption.
  • Ensuring projects meet safety, quality and compliance standards.
  • Driving continuous improvement and engineering best practice.
About You
To be successful, you'll bring:
  • A degree qualification in Mechanical, Chemical, Process, Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • Approximately 2 to 5 years' experience delivering capital projects within an FMCG manufacturing environment.
  • Experience managing contractors and multiple project stakeholders.
  • Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously in a manufacturing environment.
