The Business
Our client is a well-established organisation currently undergoing a significant period of transformation, including the implementation of a new ERP system across the business. As part of this transition, the business is strengthening its Customer Service function to support BAU operations through the initial stages of the system rollout.

The Role
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join the business on a fixed-term contract, supporting the team through a period of increased activity. These roles are focused on BAU customer service and order management rather than project activity. You will be responsible for managing increased manual order processing, customer queries and claims activity following the ERP go-live, working closely with internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for customer service professionals with strong experience across order management, order processing or customer operations, ideally within a supply chain, FMCG, manufacturing, wholesale or distribution environment. You will be comfortable working in a high-volume environment, managing multiple priorities and dealing with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues effectively. Experience working with ERP systems will be highly regarded, alongside strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to adapt quickly during a period of significant change.
