Communications & Marketing Coordinator

I am partnering with Loreto Ministries to recruit a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Communications & Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on across a broad range of communications and marketing activity. You'll be working across content, social media, websites, EDMs, publications and campaigns, supporting both Loreto Ministries and Loreto Australia & South East Asia.

What you'll be doing:
  • Writing and creating content across websites, social media, EDMs, newsletters and publications
  • Managing day-to-day social media activity, including creating, scheduling and publishing content
  • Updating and maintaining websites
  • Supporting the delivery of communications and marketing campaigns and projects
  • Creating simple digital and social assets using Canva
  • Supporting photography and video content, including short-form social content
  • Coordinating content calendars and communications activity
  • Monitoring social media performance and providing reporting and insights
  • Working with internal stakeholders, schools, Loreto Sisters and external creative partners
They are looking for someone with experience in a communications, marketing or content-focused role who is a strong writer and enjoys working across multiple channels and projects.

You'll have experience in:
  • Social media and content creation
  • Website and CMS management
  • EDMs and email marketing
  • Canva
  • Digital content and basic SEO
  • Managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Squarespace and short-form video content would be highly regarded
Highly Desirable:
  • Experience working in Catholic education, a Catholic organisation or the not-for-profit sector
  • Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media
  • Capacity for occasional interstate travel
This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, is happy being hands-on and can work independently while being part of a small and collaborative team.
