Job Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Commercial General Manager OR Business Manager, Commercial Manager, Sales Manager to lead the national commercial performance and growth strategy of the business.
Reporting to the senior executive leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, improving profitability and developing a high-performing commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the national growth strategy.
  • Lead and develop a national sales and business development team.
  • Drive revenue, margin and EBITDA performance.
  • Identify new markets, customers and growth opportunities.
  • Build strategic customer and industry relationships.
  • Lead major tenders, negotiations and key accounts.
  • Strengthen sales processes, forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance to optimise business performance and asset utilisation.
  • Build a high-performance, customer-focused culture.

Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years' experience in senior commercial, sales leadership or general management roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue and EBITDA growth.
  • Experience leading national or geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong commercial, financial and strategic capability.
  • Excellent business development and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people development capability.
  • Experience across equipment rental, modular buildings, construction, mining, industrial, manufacturing or infrastructure highly desirable.
