About the Opportunity
The Demand & Inventory Planner is a critical supply chain role responsible for the development and maintenance of an accurate rolling demand forecast and corresponding inventory plan, to ensure stock availability while also optimising inventory across the ANZ business.

You will be tasked with delivering:
  • An accurate demand and inventory plan that will contribute to improved stock turns and availability (aligning to seasonality), in addition to working towards the Group’s customer service and working capital targets.
  • The identification of supply risks, changes to demand forecast or commercial opportunities, and the recommendation of appropriate actions.
  • The continual improvement of planning processes, systems and data, to ensure ongoing accuracy and organisational efficiency.
The Demand & Inventory Planner will partner closely with key stakeholders across sales, buying, finance and operations, requiring alignment, influence, and credibility across the leadership team.

The Successful Candidate
The successful candidate will be an experienced supply chain planning professional who brings capability across demand forecasting and inventory planning from the consumer goods sector – whether that be from the supplier, wholesaler or retailer perspective. You will enjoy taking ownership of your function yet be a natural collaborator who works effectively across multiple functions and has the maturity and commercial judgement to influence stakeholders when required. Entrepreneurial in your approach, you’ll be someone who can turn ideas and opportunities into tangible value, with a genuine appetite for continuous improvement.
