About the Role
The eCommerce team is seeking an organised and detail-oriented eCommerce Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and execution of online trading activity across a portfolio of brands.
Working closely with the wider eCommerce Operations team, you will play an important role in ensuring products are accurately uploaded, maintained and launched across digital channels, while supporting online promotions, site merchandising and marketplace activity.
This is a great opportunity for an emerging eCommerce professional, recent graduate or someone with strong administration, customer service or Excel experience looking to build a career in eCommerce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Upload and maintain product information including descriptions, imagery, pricing, promotions and product data
  • Coordinate new product launches, ensuring products are accurately set up, quality checked and live on time
  • Support site merchandising, including product categorisation, collections, placement and navigation
  • Assist with online promotions, discounts, landing pages and campaign updates
  • Support marketplace uploads across key retail partners
  • Complete data entry and quality assurance across existing eCommerce systems
  • Support order and customer administration, including returns, cancellations and order queries where required
  • Work across a selection of brands while collaborating closely with the wider eCommerce Operations team
  • Proactively communicate workload, capacity and any issues or missing information

Requirements

  • Previous eCommerce experience is not essential, what matters most is your aptitude, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
  • Beginner–intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence asking questions
  • A proactive approach and willingness to take initiative
  • The ability to work accurately through detailed, process-driven tasks
  • Strong organisation and time management skills
  • A genuine interest in eCommerce, digital or retail
