Business Overview
Our client is a leading ASX-listed alternative asset manager managing billions across real estate, private equity and private credit.
The business works with institutional investors, super funds and high-net-worth individuals and is continuing to grow across its investment platforms.
The marketing team plays an important role in communicating complex investment strategies clearly across investor, stakeholder and corporate audiences. The team is hands-on, delivery focused and works closely with senior stakeholders across the business.

The Role
The Marketing & Communications Associate is a hands-on role supporting groupwide marketing and communications activity across campaigns, content, digital channels, events and marketing operations.
Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external agencies and suppliers to take projects from brief through to delivery.
This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable managing detail and wants genuine ownership across the execution of marketing activity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content and events.
  • Coordinate corporate, investor and stakeholder events, including suppliers, invitations, collateral and logistics.
  • Create and coordinate presentations, emails, social media, website content and marketing collateral.
  • Manage website updates, social scheduling and other digital activity.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to deliver projects on time.
  • Manage marketing operations including timelines, approvals, documentation and invoicing.
  • Track marketing performance and support reporting and insights.
  • Identify practical ways to improve marketing processes and workflows.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on marketer with experience across campaigns, content, events and marketing operations.
You will be a strong communicator who can manage competing priorities, work confidently with senior stakeholders and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
Experience in financial services, funds management, private equity, private credit or professional services is essential.

Why Consider the Opportunity?
A broad marketing role within a high-growth investment business, offering exposure across marketing, communications, events, digital and content.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and the Group Marketing Director, with genuine ownership over the delivery of marketing activity across the business.
