The Business
A well-established consumer products business with a diverse portfolio and a strong presence across the Australian retail market. The organisation is continuing to evolve its supply chain operations and is looking for an experienced supply chain professional to join the team during an important period of change and growth.

The Role
As Customer Business Partner, you will take ownership of the end-to-end order management process for a key retail customer. Working closely with Sales, Supply Planning, Warehousing and Logistics, you will manage customer orders, returns, credits, stock allocation and reservations while ensuring strong service and OTIF performance. You will also liaise with internal stakeholders around upcoming customer activity, order volumes and stock availability, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact the customer. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership and working across multiple areas of the supply chain.

The Ideal Candidate
You will have experience across customer service, order management, supply chain coordination or customer operations, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods or a similar fast-paced environment. Experience working with major retailers, EDI orders and ERP systems will be highly regarded, although specific system experience is not essential. You will be organised, proactive and confident managing multiple stakeholders, with the ability to quickly understand issues and find practical solutions. Most importantly, you will be adaptable, hands-on and comfortable stepping into a role where you need to hit the ground running.
