ACOM International is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Logistics Manager to strengthen its logistics and distribution capability as the business enters its next phase of growth.

Following the acquisition of Barbeques Galore, ACOM has expanded its reach across outdoor, camping, BBQ and home-heating products. With multiple brands, wholesale partners and growing online channels, there is a real opportunity to improve how products move through the supply chain.

The Opportunity 

This is a broad logistics role spanning warehouse and 3PL management, international freight, transport and carrier performance.
You'll take ownership of day-to-day logistics while identifying opportunities to improve service, control costs and build more efficient processes. It's a role for someone who can balance operational detail with the bigger picture and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo.
What you'll be doing
  • Manage warehouse operations and 3PL relationships to drive service, efficiency and accountability.
  • Oversee international freight, shipping and inbound logistics.
  • Manage transport providers and carrier performance, balancing cost and delivery expectations.
  • Identify and implement improvements across logistics processes, systems and reporting.
  • Improve visibility of logistics costs, service levels and operational performance.
  • Work closely with sales, inventory and warehouse stakeholders to keep products moving and customers supplied.
  • Build scalable logistics processes to support continued business growth.
About You :

You're an experienced logistics professional who combines strong operational knowledge with commercial thinking. You're comfortable managing external partners, solving problems and finding better ways of working.

You'll bring experience across warehousing, international freight, transport and 3PL management, along with the initiative to take ownership and deliver tangible improvements.
