Quality is a core focus within the business, and they are looking for an experienced individual to lead the operation. With the site located in the Goulburn Valley region, they are looking for a QA manager to join the team.
About the Role
The role’s key responsibility is to ensure the organisation is compliant with all relevant regulatory requirements and guidelines with customer expectations. The successful candidate will need to take ownership and be able to take a pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Critical to the role will be the ability to communicate consistency across the organisation regarding processes and systems in quality. This will involve working cross functionally to achieve a simultaneous approach across the board, importantly with the production line on a regular basis. Further communication to the management team about current legislation of food will be crucial to the success in the position.

Skills & Experience
This is an exciting and integral role within the business for future growth and your experience and skill set include the following:
- Degree qualified in food science or similar.
- 5-10 years’ experience in a good manufacturing environment, ideally meat
- Experience mentoring and building up skills of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence.
