With this in mind they are growing the SHE team across multiple sites in Sydney.
About the Role
This is an opportunity to partner with the site leadership team to lead the HSE agenda, focusing on risk and compliance, implementing safety management systems, and reducing site injuries and workplace hazards. It will be a combination of strategic and tactical, with an emphasis on practical solutions that suit a particular site.
Skills and Experience
To deliver results and build relationships with the whole business, it will be expected that you have excellent communication skills to run inductions, toolbox talks and facilitate training. The ability to write reports and analyse data and interpret results is critical, with the ability to demonstrate empathy, think logically, and be consultative so the focus is on building long term collaborative relationships across all levels of the organisation. Relevant degree, with a Diploma in OH&S and Cert IV will be highly regarded, and at least 2 years safety experience in FMCG or a related high-risk industry.
