About the role
The Demand & Supply Manager will lead the Demand and Supply function for the ANZ market and lead a team of 2 direct reports. Responsible for ensuring the availability of product for key customers, by driving the demand review and IBP process. You will foster a collaboration partnership with the commercial team, be technically capable and solution focused and guide the forecasting process across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the Demand and Supply function for the Australian market and lead a team of 2 direct reports
• Facilitate internal Demand Review & Customer Collaboration, with ability to influence and refine the current process and embed IBP process
• Drive performance across the team through training and development of existing team members
• Overseeing the supply planning function to ensure unconstrained forecast can be met.
• Demand planning for the Innovation pipeline
• Management and Maintenance of Demand planning system data
Skills + experience
• 5+ years’ experience in Demand planning within an FMCG environment
• Experience in managing or participating in S&OP or IBP process
• Prior experience in leading a small team and ability to develop and coach
• Exceptional communication, collaboration and influencing skills
• Prior experience in Supply planning
