Six Degrees Executive has partnered with Isuzu Australia Ltd as they build their team within the newly created Business Operations (Bizops) department. This newly created Organisational Change Manager role will allow you to really make your mark at Isuzu Australia by uplifting Change maturity with an inclusive and respectful approach.
Reporting to the Head of Bizops, your primary role will be people focussed with the objective to educate, empower and support organisational change. Upon commencement, the initial priority of this role will be in the support and leadership of the change management associated with a third-party D365 rollout.
Note: This is a permanent opportunity based in Truganina that will require you to be onsite more often than not.

About the role:
You will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:
Education: Build organisation change management capability and awareness
- Consult on, produce, roll out and continuously uplift organisational best fit framework to approach to organisational change.
- Provide support for the roll out of Project and Innovation frameworks across the organisation
- Instil an organisation wide awareness of ideas that are aligned to our roadmap
- Identify and guide change champions for ideas endorsed for progression to mobilisation & delivery
- Define and form change strategies for change projects, considerate of organisation awareness and preparedness.
- Provide consultation to PMO in the assessment of a project’s completion of mobilisation stage
- Undertake/oversee change activities defined and planned in the change strategy
- Provide an organisation wide approach that communicates the progression of ideas into delivery, keeping stakeholders updated as appropriate.
- Support the PMO in the communication and awareness of impediments and blockers (risks/issues)
- Set up mechanisms to ensure measurement of change success can continue following the closure of a project.
- Oversee and implement efforts to inspire/challenge the organisation to recognise success and failure through methods such as retrospectives, showcases and closure reports.
Change Framework:
- Have previously overseen and been responsible for the creation, education, roll-out and uplift of Organisational Change Management framework
- Hands on involvement and management of Change Management stream of large transformational change (e.g. ERP/CRM)
- Previous experience in facilitating change impact workshops, change working groups is advantageous
- Have an ability to effectively articulate what good looks like, describe how to get there, and define a way to measure the outcome of success.
- Ability to walk others through to figure out solutions and enable empowered decision making across the organisation.
- CCMP/Prosci/PCI Certification (or equivalent) advantageous
- Tertiary qualification desired (business management/human resources/psychology or equivalent field)
