Projects and Remit: 

The Senior CX Designer role will define the future state of our client’s customer experience through designing and shaping strategic projects, as well as experience, proposition, and service delivery.  
  • leading strategic design initiatives by translating customer insights into strategy through customer research and HCD.
  • Mobilising cross-functional teams to collaboratively design market-leading experiences that align with and drive our client’s vision to become a health company 
  • Designing research briefs and facilitating customer immersion workshops that will inform scope/definition of customer problem statements and input into service design 
  • Designing and building journey-maps and service blueprints, synthesising insights and articulating desired customer experiences that are aligned to our client’s overarching brand, customer and proposition strategy 
Ideal Candidate:   
  • 4 – 6 years’ experience 
  • Strong CX experience  
  • Experience in stakeholder management and strong influencing skills  
  • Experience in leading market research, analysis, and testing  
  • Passionate about improving customer experience   
  • Extremely detail orientated
