About the Role 
Reporting into the Channel Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to step into a Senior Channel Marketing Specialist role, leading and implementing local area marketing, trade marketing, below the line, digital and in-store activations.  
 
You will work alongside internal teams to drive sales, activate in market and execute new product launches for the business, as well as manage full marketing campaigns from end to end. There will be a strong focus on NPD launches and promotions, POS development and merchandise management as well as training events and in store activations.   
 
You will own asset and collateral development, working within brand guidelines, which will see you partner with internal and agency partners to develop. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to dive into a fast-paced and passionate team that execute campaigns, promotions, and in-store activations with excellence.  
  
Skills & Expertise  
  • Tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or similar marketing related field  
  • Prior experience with trade / shopper marketing from either agency or client side (retailer or supplier side)  
  • Experience partnering with agency / internal design team for asset development  
  • Strong project management, organisational skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management  
  • Proactive, self-starter, able to hit the ground running and manage ambiguity with a high level of ownership
