With a strong focus on Better for You and Sustainability they are making exciting market leading impact across the globe with their planet friendly approach.
Due to an exciting change and catregory growth across their Sales and Insight teams, they are expanding their team with two new National Account hires across core Grocery
About the role
Reporting directly to the National Business Manager for Coles, in ANZ sales team of 8. Due to exciting growth and expansion in the Grocery channel, this is a newly created role with a true hybrid nature perfect for an aspiring National Account Manager. The successful candidate will have full ownership for managing an exciting Better-For-You category as well as supporting the NBM on the core portfolio of the business. This includes responsibility for achieving agreed sales volumes, profit and market share targets. Develop and deliver a tailored customer strategy for Coles, ensuring it is aligned with the broader company strategy. You will adopt a hands-on approach brining new ideas and creative strategies to drive engagement & profitability in metro and regional locations across the country.
This is truly a role of best of both worlds, with the ability to seamlessly transition into a NAM role within a high growth and on trend category whilst having the support and exposure to the biggest portfolio.
This role can be situated in EITHER Melbourne OR Sydney.

Skills & Experience
- Proven success in a National Account Executive role or similar within consumer goods is essential
- Experience working within Australian Grocery is highly desirable
- Strong analytical and financial capability within; forecasting, promotional planning and budget management
- Travel flexibility for intra and inter-state when required
- Ambitious and creative individual with a strong desire to make a difference with their customer base
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business or Commerce ideally
